The home begins when the 2' x 6' perimeter rim joist is laid out on the cart that will carry the home throughout the building process. Black under sheathing is stretched under the entire length of the floor and fastened to the rim joist creating a "basement type" floor system. Fiberglass insulation is rolled over the entire length of the floor.
