THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

Aluminum duct work is laid on top of the insulation. Water lines are then loaded into the floor cavity and surrounded by fiberglass insulation.

Floor joists (2' x 6' on 16' centers) are dropped into place and nailed to the rim joist. Duct work and plumbing are strapped to the joists to prevent any movement during shipment. The home is rolled into a jig where the floor is squared up to the jig before the 19/32'' Oriented Strand Board decking is laid on top of the joists.
