The OSB decking is both glued and nailed or stapled to the floor joists. Nails are used in the areas where linoleum will be laid and stapled in the carpeted areas. Next, the floor is checked for high fasteners before sanding.
The deck is sanded under the areas where there will be linoleum. Base cabinets, tubs, furnaces and water heaters are placed and connected.
